Color: Straw yellow with bright reflections. Aroma: Aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot), white flowers, almond, citrus, with mineral notes and a hint of spice. Taste: On the palate, the wine is fresh, with good structure and a saline minerality that enhances its persistence. Production area: Biancavilla and Belpasso, on the southern slope of Mount Etna, at an altitude between 700 and 800 meters above sea level. Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, without skin maceration or malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Blend: 100% Carricante.
